| VWM are market leaders in the supply of retro fitted CNC routers, we are now using as standard the Osai 10 series controllers. When a machine is being retro fitted by ourselves we bring the machine into our fitting shop, power up and look at all aspects of the machine.
Once a customer's specification is decided upon the work commences, various accuracy checks are done as well as rigorous pre delivery checks and high quality paint finish applied.
All our pre-owned CNC routers are backed up with 12 months warranty with over 80 years of manufacturers trained experience. |

| The drives are tested with an oscilloscope to look at the performance levels, frequency changers are replaced with static inverters to give variable spindle speeds from 5000rpm to 24,000rpm for greater control of machining capabilities. |
