Following on from Ligna 2007 Casolin machinery in conjunction with VWM Ltd have had record sales at the show in Europe with the UK market at the forefront of this
VWM ltd have had a great response to the Ligna 2007 exhibition in Germany with orders being taken for moulding machines and panelsaws Casolin who launched 5 new models of machines have had great success with their innovative ideas on spindle moulders, moulders and panel saw.
Most machines have been face lifted and new operating systems fitted for ease of use for the customer.
Many new models were launched a resounding success was the 5 and 6 head moulding machines with full CNC control for quick set up of the machine also launched was the tool changing system on the 5 and 6 head moulding machines again to reduce down time on tool change the machine which has a very large vertical stroke on side heads is ideal for tool stacking so that two different types of tools can be fitted. the shaft can be lowered to do different jobs without changing tools.
Also on show was the all new 5 axis touch screen panelsaw along with the 5 axis touch screen spindle moulder with auto tool change to main shaft.
A new SE400 panelsaw with CNC fence was on show which is a more budget cost machine and will be on show at VWM open house. "the show was very successful for both VWM and Casolin with the majority of visitors looking and purchasing moulding machines and panelsaws”.
Most machines were sold from the stand and some others have gone back to the UK for direct delivery or to present at VWM open house.
