Technical Sales Assistant

We are seeking an individual sales person to support existing staff with the sales of new and used machinery.

A knowledge of woodworking machinery and its uses would be a distinct advantage or a vast knowledge of the joinery industry would also be an advantage, we have a well stocked showroom at our HQ and full on site training of our products will be given to a successful candidate.

Keys skills

• Must be able to communicate clearly both in person and on the phone
• Must be able to work on their own and as part of a team
• Be conversant in Microsoft Excel/word/outlook
• Have the confidence to demonstrate machinery to potential customers (Training to be given)
• Be able to prepare reports and quotes for sales meetings
• Be able to work on their own leads, create sales enquiries and deal with telephone/web enquiries
• Must be able to do site visits to discuss customers requirements

Electrical Service Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced electrical service engineer to work within our existing team. Assisting customers in getting to grips with their equipment and carrying out full machine servicing, repairs and maintenance will form a key part of your role.

Full training will be provided, although previous experience and recognised industry qualifications are desirable.
