Doric FDL INSTALL Casolin 3 axis panelsaw

 Food packaging company Doric approached VWM with a solution to cutting various materials they use for cake board manufacture, we looked at the product in depth comments Jason Varey sales director at VWM and found the best machine suited to the application was a CASOLIN Astra 400.

The machine was fitted with a full length pneumatic clamp so the material could be held together in multiples to speed up production, we also went for a 3 axis control on height tilt and fence for ease of use and accuracy, all controls were positioned in the overhead pendant for operator ease of use.
The machine was supplied installed and delivered by VWM all in the same day to ensure no loss of production and on the strength of this Doric have also placed an order for a new machine for cutting multiple circles for their unique cake board designs.
