Major Cake Board Manufacturer Install New Rotary Shaper off VWM

Mass manufacturer of cake boards to all major supermarket have just had a new KL30 rotary shaper installed from VWM, the machine which can cut various size circles, and shapes in multiples has increased their production ten fold.
Where our machine succeeds over CNC machines is that we have a cycle time of 15 seconds to cut 8 boards and also with our special tooling we can cut fiber board and hollow board very easily where all other machines fail.
The machine now producing far in excess the anticipated level is now in full production only problem is they can’t cut the blanks fast enough to feed our machine!!
