New Griggio EV0 installed at East lancashire plastic window and door manufacturer

A major east Lancashire plastic door and window manufacturer have just taken delivery for a new Griggio EVO 3 panelsaw, our client who are very well know for the manufacture of PVC windows and doors also make a very strong door system with steel panels inserted in  the door skin.

The machine has been fitted with a special “Nebulizer” to cope with cutting steel and certain plastics it also has full 3 axis control to the blade height, tilt and rip fence, we looked at our clients brief in full and came up with a solution to cutting these special doors and window section.

The machine now installed and in full production was all taken care of by the specialized VWM team of engineers and fitters.
