Bespoke Technos machine request

VWM’s excellent Technos CNC brand have been commissioned to build a 14meter x 2.6meter CNC router with tool changer and a 500mm diameter saw unit to index through 90 degree.
The machine is being built for one of VWM’s client’s who process very large panels of composite materials which are made up of two vinyl skins and then a core of foam insulation which can have certain materials in-laid such as metals or wood’s or in some cases both materials.
This will be the 5th machine VWM have supplied to their client they have previously purchased two used machines and two new machines one with a 10meter bed and one with a 6 meter bed.
Delivery of the new machine is hoped to be around end of July 2013 the picture below show’s the machine body having been stress relived and now going to the paint shop.
