New customer leaves with Technos ECO CNC after demonstration

A new customer to VWM recently contacted us about our Technos range of CNC routers looking to machine 2mm aluminium for aerospace manufacture, having been involved in this industry for well over 15 years we were happy for the customer to attend our showroom to look at our different models of machines.

After initial consultation it was decided the Technos ECO CNC would suit the application so we proceeded to complete various test pieces to be measured and checked for accuracy, whilst most machine manufactures would struggle with required tolerance here at VWM we don’t as we have a laser tracker to enable us to calibrate machines some times down to 3 microns.

The samples were passed and the machine was ordered from stock then delivered, installed, trained and extraction supplied all by our skilled engineers in a week and now the machine is processing accurate aluminium components.
