Pusher movement, on very thick “H” side supports is driven by precision rack and pinion transmission on round hardened bar. Measure reading system with magnetic tape, wear and
maintenance-free, ensures a high degree of precision. Inverter-operated motor, standard return
speed 40 m/min. On request return speed up to 70 m/min (optional).
Ribbed steel structure ensuring high stiffness.
Independent rise and fall of blades on precision linear guides allowing an high versatility of
the applications and regulations.
The scoring unit blade could be disabled by CNC, when it is not required

Blade carriage movement through tempered and hardened rack:

The positioning is driven by CNC through Inverter motor,
speed 3-60 m/min or 3-120 m/min via brushless motor (on request).
Thanks to the “Quick Shift” Pro Lock system, the blades change is quick, easy and safe; only one Allen key is required.
