Rack And Pinion Pusher Feeding System with Magnetic Stripe Reading System
Pusher movement, on very thick “H” side supports is driven by precision rack and pinion transmission on round hardened bar. Measure reading system with magnetic tape, wear and
maintenance-free, ensures a high degree of precision. Inverter-operated motor, standard return
speed 40 m/min. On request return speed up to 70 m/min (optional).
Blade Carriage
Ribbed steel structure ensuring high stiffness.
Independent rise and fall of blades on precision linear guides allowing an high versatility of
the applications and regulations.
The scoring unit blade could be disabled by CNC, when it is not required
Blade Height Manual Regulation
It can be made with blades in rotation. Measures shown by a mechanical display.
Rack Transmission
Blade carriage movement through tempered and hardened rack:
noiselessness and precision combined with long time durability; maintenance-free.
The positioning is driven by CNC through Inverter motor,
speed 3-60 m/min or 3-120 m/min via brushless motor (on request).
Blade Change
Thanks to the “Quick Shift” Pro Lock system, the blades change is quick, easy and safe; only one Allen key is required.
Groove function
Single or Multiple Grooves function, CNC-driven.
Grooves width regulation CNC-driven. Manual adjustment of grooves depth.
Post forming
Post formed edge cutting system, CNC programmable.
The system could be controlled pneumatically or by Brushless motors.
Brushless motors allow a perfect interpolation of scoring unit movement, in function of main blade speed.
Software
Hardware : commercial PC, easy replacement, in case of failure.
Operating system : Windows™

high performance, easy to learn. Very intuitive user-friendly graphic interface. Graphic display of cutting cycle and the progress of operations in real time.
The programming could be made at the office and transferred to the machine through LAN transfer or USB pen drive.
