The 9kw Router Head will be capable of all your machining needs with our inverter driven 7 pre-set speeds up to 24000rpm. All axes are designed with servo motors on precision helical racks. The servo motors are controlled from Premium Servo drives to ensure accuracy every time. This accompanied with the EuroVac 250c/m3 Vacuum Pump and the Manually operated eight Zoned matrix bed to ensure all parts are held securely during operation. An MDF sacrifice board will be needed with this procedure due to the material being porous. This is to prevent damage to the matrix bed.

The brains of this machine is the Weihong G3 handheld Controller with great user friendly features such as Jog, Step and shortcuts for operations on the machine such as reference and dust hood up/down. The controller uses a USB Port to load your programs where you have the option to run directly from the USB Device or save it to the memory to be accessed at any time. All our machines are installed by our skilled Engineers and are laser levelled with the Leica AT401 using the six levelling points around the machine base to eliminate any defects within the workshop flooring.
