Technos MD 2132 Nesting CNC routing machine

The 9kw Router Head will be capable of all your machining needs with our inverter driven with varying spindle speeds up to 24000rpm. All axes are designed with servo motors on precision helical racks. The servo motors are controlled from Premium Innovance Servo drives to ensure accuracy every time with Rapid Axes speeds of 50mm/min. This accompanied with Two EuroVac 250c/m3 Vacuum Pumps and the Manually operated eight Zoned matrix bed to ensure all parts are held securely during operation. An MDF sacrifice board will be needed with this procedure due to the material being porous. This is to prevent damage to the matrix bed.

The brains of this machine is the Syntec 60CA Controller with great user friendly operating system operated with a keyboard and mouse and has a program file that is capable of storing hundreds of programs in its memory with an option of directories to help organise all your programs. The controller has an option of using a USB Port to load your programs or to network the machine where you can send and delete programs from the machine from a computer in an office for example.

All our machines are installed by our skilled Engineers and are laser levelled with the Leica AT401 using the six levelling points around the machine base to eliminate any defects within the workshop flooring.
